All prices are presented inclusive of VAT. Apart from a delivery fee of £3.49 (Free delivery applies on all orders over £49 or Subscribe & Save orders) no other taxes or surcharges are applied.
Prescription change exchange
If your prescription has altered within 6 months of purchasing from us. You may contact us to return your product in order to exchange for the same product but with a different power. If the product has for some reason been discontinued, an alternative product (with a valid prescription) can be purchased. Products must be returned unopened and the original packaging must be unmarked.
Prescription from a qualified eye care professional
Contact lenses must be fitted by a registered optometrist, medical practitioner or suitably qualified eye care professional.
A valid prescription from a qualified eye care professional is required in order to be able to purchase from Lens123. The contact lens prescription must be no older than 12 months. The customer is required to confirm a valid prescription exists during checkout by marking the checkbox and agreeing to the terms & conditions.
We highly recommend that regular eye and contact lens examinations are made by a qualified eye care professional to protect the health of your eyes.
Lens123 is not responsible for any incident that occurs due to any deviation from your prescription (which includes but not limited to Manufacturer, Brand and Lens material). Lens123 will not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising as a consequence of any information on this website.
Age limit for ordering
The customer must be 16 or over to be able to order from Lens123. If the customer is under 16 years old the contact lenses can be ordered by a parent or a guardian with a valid prescription for the customers lenses.
Rights to make changes
At Lens123 we reserve the right that products may be temporarily out of stock, misprints may occur, incorrect information may be displayed on our products and services. All images on this website are viewed as illustrations. Lens123 reserves the right to make changes to pricing and terms.
Any refunds will be paid out directly to the credit / debit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase and will take place 10 working days after we have received and approved your return. At times a store credit may be applied to substitute a refund.
